Organic Cotton:

This is Cotton firming method/system, in which it will not use any toxic or synthetic chemicals like pesticides, fertilizers and cotton plant should not be genetically modified. It is certified by an accredited Independent organization like CU (Control Union) in India.

BCI Cotton:

Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) is to make global cotton production better for the people who produce it, better for the environment it grows in and better for the sector’s future. It has four main objectives.

  • Reduce the environmental impact of cotton production
  • Improve livelihoods and economic development in cotton producing areas
  • Improve commitment to and flow of Better Cotton throughout supply chain
  • Ensure the credibility and sustainability of the Better Cotton Initiative

Fairtrade Cotton:

Fairtrade (FT) is an alternative approach of conventional trade and is based on a partnership between producers and consumers. It is certified by a fair trade organization which will assure a fair price to the cotton producer for their crops. The trade has designed to connect the farmers with the customers who will purchase the cotton with the social considerations in mind.

REEL Cotton:

CottonConnect has introduced an initiative sourcing the non-organic cotton in more sustainable way, called as Responsible Environment Enhanced Livelihoods (REEL). Main objectives of this program are:

  • Increasing productivity of farmers
  • Improving water efficiencies, including drip irrigation
  • Reducing pesticide and synthetic fertilizer use
  • Improving work practices and conditions
  • Raising awareness of child labor, working towards eliminating child labor
  • Increasing awareness about education for all children
  • Increasing awareness of health and safety at the farm level

Cotton made in Africa:

CmiA wants to help smallholders and their families who are living in Africa to improve their livelihood and the environment. It has three main goals-

  • To improve cotton growing, moving towards sustainable production
  • To enhance the competitiveness of African cotton
  • To add a new dimension of corporate responsibility along the textile supply chain

Viscose Staple Fiber (VSF)

Viscose is the first manmade fiber introduced in the textile production. It has same chemical composition as cotton. It is a natural and bio-degradable fiber made from Cellulose (Pulp). This fiber has excellent natural properties and easily blendable, used in knitted wear and non-woven applications.

We offer:

  1. 1.2D X 32,38- BRIGHT/RW/COLOR
  2. 1.4D X 32,38- BRIGHT/RW/COLOR
  3. 1.5D X 32,38- BRIGHT/RW/COLOR

Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF)

Polyester staple fiber (PSF) is a form of synthetic chemical compounds which is strong enough to be twisted into yarn as like natural fibre in the textile industry. It is sometimes blended with natural fibres like cotton or wool in order to spin the special type of yarns.

Polyester Staple Fibre is available in different Deniers (1.2D to 15D) with different cut-lengths with the following forms:

We offer all kind of PSF mentioned in the above. In the textile industry, we offer mainly following specified PSF to our customers from all renowned manufacturers from China and India:

  1. 1.2D X 32,38- SD RW / Dyed(100% Virgin /Recycled)
  2. 1.4D X 32,38- SD RW / Dyed (100% Virgin /Recycled)
  3. 1.5D X 32,38- SD RW / Dyed (100% Virgin /Recycled)

Acrylic Fiber

Acrylic fibers are manufactured synthetic fibers which produced from acrylonitrile (kind of petrochemical). The acrylonitrile is usually combined with small amounts of other chemicals to improve the ability of the resulting fiber to absorb dyes. Some acrylic fibers are dry spun and others are wet spun. Acrylic fibers are used in staple or tow form.

Acrylic Fiber Characteristics
  • Outstanding wickability & quick drying to move moisture from body surface
  • Flexible aesthetics for wool-like, cotton-like, or blended appearance
  • Easily washed, retains shape
  • Resistant to moths, oil, and chemicals
  • Dyeable to bright shades with excellent fastness
  • Superior resistance to sunlight degradation
Some Major Acrylic Fiber Uses
  • Apparel: Sweaters, socks, fleece wear, circular knit apparel, sportswear and childrens wear
  • Home Furnishings: Blankets, area rugs, upholstery, pile; luggage, awnings, outdoor furniture
  • Other Uses: Craft yarns, sail cover cloth, wipe cloths
  • Industrial Uses: Asbestos replacement; concrete and stucco reinforcement
